Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what Agent Monitor collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data: your name and email address, obtained through GitHub OAuth when you sign in.
• Team data: team names you create and the members you invite.
• Agent usage metadata: provider, model, token counts, estimated cost, and latency for each tracked call — not the content of your prompts or model responses.
• Billing status: your subscription plan and status. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe; we never receive or store it.
• Operational data: error and request data retained for troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use this data to display your cost dashboard, enforce plan limits, send cost-anomaly alerts (email and Slack, where configured), process subscription status with Stripe, and operate and improve the service. We do not sell your data.

Data retention

Agent usage metadata is retained for your plan's window and then automatically deleted: 7 days on the Free plan, 30 days on Pro. Account and team data is kept while your account is active and deleted when you close your account.

Cookies & sessions

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your account security. In production, cookies are marked Secure and sent only over HTTPS.

Third parties

• GitHub — authentication. See GitHub's privacy policy for how it handles your data.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Slack — optional cost-anomaly alert delivery to a webhook URL you configure.

Security

We use HTTPS in production and apply reasonable security measures appropriate to the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices

You can review and delete agents and teams from your dashboard, cancel your subscription at any time, and request export or deletion of your data by contacting support. You can also revoke Agent Monitor's access in your GitHub settings.

Children

Agent Monitor is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
