Terms of Service — Agent Monitor

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Agent Monitor, a cost-visibility service for AI agent teams operated by Chris Passarella ("Agent Monitor," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Agent Monitor collects usage metadata from your AI agents via our Python SDK and bridge proxy and displays cost, token, and latency metrics in a dashboard. We do not collect the content of your prompts or model responses — only usage metadata such as provider, model, token counts, cost, and latency.

2. Accounts

You sign in with GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your GitHub account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your country) to use the service.

3. Plans, limits & retention

Free: 1 agent, real-time dashboard, 7-day cost history.
Pro ($29/month): 5 agents, 30-day cost history, forecasting and anomaly alerts, priority support.

Plan limits are enforced at the API layer. Event history older than your plan's retention window is automatically deleted on a daily schedule.

4. Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in your dashboard, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to: send usage data you do not have the right to share; attempt to access another team's data; reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service; or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Early access & no warranty

Agent Monitor is offered in early access. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We may change features, limits, or pricing, and may discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Monitor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your event data is deleted according to the retention schedule.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
